Indepartati coaja de la 2, 3 lamai cu un instrument de decojit legume, puneti-o in castronul cu ghimbir si apoi presati-o sau zdrobiti-o cu un instrument greu (ex. un pisalog). Faceti asta timp de 10-15 secunde ca sa amestecati toate aromele. 4. Stoarceti sucul de la cele 3 lamai si turnati cea mai mare parte in acelasi castron. 5. Turnati deasupra sifonul sau apa minerala si lasati cocteilul sa rasufle circa 10 minute, apoi gustati. Daca vi se pare ca lamaile au fost prea acre mai adaugati putin zahar, daca bautura e prea dulce mai adaugati putin suc de lamaie. 6. Turnati berea de ghimrir printr-o sita cu ochiuri largi intr-un pahar mare si adaugati multa gheata si cateva ramurele de menta. E grozava mai ales vara.
